The Forensic examiner is virtually certain the graffiti was written by the defendant.

                          The following is one of many falsified documents written by the defendant who

                took the liberty of forging coworkers names for the sole purpose of benefiting

                tax refunds,........ unbeknownst by BNSF employees. BNSF engineer

              below did NOT sell anything to the defendant nor did he have knowledge the defendant

              forged his name on any document.
